Welcome to Double Entendre!

Double Entendre is a long-form improvised theatre company. We specialize in performing two fully improvised stories (35-45 minutes in length) each show, using only one title for both. Two stories, one title: Double Entendre!

Double Entendre creates stories which vary in genre (western, romantic comedy, crime, period, sci-fi, film noir, fantasy...etc), tone, subject, and pace. Our improv borrows stylistic elements and structure from both scripted plays and films. These are fully realized, well-acted, narratives which inspire the audience to both laughter and tears.

We are frequently funny, sometimes tender, and occasionally not-rated-G. Who knows what will appear on our stage... anything is possible with no script and no limits - and we do it twice each night!
